Location and free shuttle to airport is a definite bonus. Staff were friendly and bed comfortable. Quiet room and was a pleasant stay.

First morning shuttle to airport was packed with standing room only. No ventilation in vehicle

We arrived in the property around 7:00pm and they gave us the room there was a major plumbing issue at that day and there was not water for hours. We had to travel next day 6:30an so we didn’t have the chance to take a shower and they should have informed us before checking in the room and give us the chance to change room (if they had rooms with water) or hotel.
When we called rthe reception they told us they will need few hours. However after few hours there was non pressure and the water was cold so we had to travel to the east coast without taking a shower and it was a horrible experience

No shuttle at 12 midnight onlythe burlingame kept coming...and instead the nearer one didnt hv to my horror I had to call after waiting for 1 hr and It was very upsetting indeed. As I had to take an uber to the hotel .The lady charged me 168 plus tax where as in my booking showed total 168 including tax.
The cherry on the cake was after all the time wasted not even a bottle of water was kept in the room.

This is my second time booking with DoubleTree their service is great! All around clean, quite, and overall great service.
The shower door leaks water while showering. It’s the way it was designed. Leaving the floor to become wet.

The restaurant had a new menu that was being launched and which was quite nice for an airport hotel. Staff was friendly both at dinner and at breakfast.
What really annoyed me was that the service elevator was out of commission and that the cleaning staff was using the regular guest elevator to get their carts to the right floor for cleaning. This held up the elevators was a long time, just was we were trying to get out to catch a plane.

Proximity to airport. Room size was good.
Heater didn't work in the room. It took 5 minutes for the sink water to warm, it never got hot. Staff was not friendly. Room lighting was poor.

Modern and clean hotel located within a 10 minute drive from the airport.
Very comfortable bed and pillows, large TV and a great walk-in shower.
A nice and modern hotel but unfortunately lacking a basic service that you would expect at a $210 per night Hilton hotel. There is no bell boy so I had no help with my luggage. I had to carry the luggage from the curbside onto one of those big difficult to manouver hotel luggage carts usually used by bell boys.
While trying to place the luggage onto the luggage cart, I hit my head on one of the hooks and got hurt. When I entered the lobby to check-in, I asked the lady at the front desk if there is a bell boy to help with the lugagge because I was hurt. She obviously didn't care and totally ignored the fact that I was hurt and asked me for my name.
I even had some blood on my head and when I told her again that I was hurt, she replied in a frustrated way that it's not a 5-star hotel and again ignoring the fact that I was hurt.
As a seasoned world traveller, I stayed in all types of hotels ranging from 3 to 5 stars, including many Hilton hotels. Many 3-star hotels had bell boy service which is why I found her comment totally off-line and unprofessional, especiallynthe way she said it.
The room has a mini bar but does not even have a bottle of water. Great coffee machine but only two tiny pods of cream which is not even enough for one cup of coffee. Therenis no "Do not disturb" sign either so housekeeping comes knocking at your door early morning when you try to sleep in after a long flight.
A very disappointing stay. I will not recommend this hotel and will certainly not stay there again.
