I liked the beautiful atmosphere. The staff were helpful, as well.

This wasn't the hotel's fault, it was just a very packed busy area with people everywhere.

The room could have been cleaned better. The bathroom was not cleaned very well and the floors were not swept or mopped.

The location was superb for sight seeing. The rooms were fairly clean, and there was a nice big closet for storage. Parking was excellent, and the convenience of walking into town was great. The breakfast had an okay variety, and the staff was on top of replenishment.

The shower heads were a little harsh, and the curtain made it so water got everywhere. Not the worst thing to happen at a hotel though.

Coffee in room was awful. Got coffee in lobby, was much better. Bed was hard , pillows not comfortable, Futon, most uncomfortable. No drawers, everything open. Fridge & microwave too low to the floor.

I only like the property just because it was close to downtown Saint Augustine.

I didn’t like how the pictures were very misleading. Please do your research and don’t believe the pictures you see. Catfish on a whole new level.

The room was very nice, clean, the bathroom was clean and sanitized, the bed was great, the leather sofa/futon and chairs were not so comfortable, however, we appreciated the upgrade. The location was excellent and everything was in close proximity. The dozen red roses and chocolate covered strawberries were waiting for us in our room.

Not much that we didn't like except the leather chairs and sofa/futon which were very hard and uncomfortable.

The location is great. On the trolley route. Walkable to downtown if it wasnt too hot, but a short drive to anywhere in the historic district. Beds were very comfortable.

No ice in ice machines most of the time. To get rooms cleaned you need to get up early. We missed getting cleaned because we slept in. We were out by 10 am each day and they did not come back to clean. They did bring clean towels and toiletries when we requested them. The pool had black algae on the walls but the water was clear.

The Peacocks were very loud!

Convenient location, but a bit rough just beyond the inn. We were upgraded to a suite, which was kind; however the living room area was sparsely furnished with uncomfortable lighting. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was super clean and seemed newly remodeled. The bedroom was nice and dark. Breakfast was great; however I was told my gluten free needs could be accommodated and that didn't happen. I enjoyed the pool; better poolside towels would have been appreciated. It was very nice that there was a huge, historic tree on the grounds and that the trolley stopped in the parking lot. Loved the peacocks even though they were noisy. The neighborhood juice and smoothie place is great.

Room was clean and they had the A/C on so it was cool when we arrived. Everyone was super friendly from the Registration desk down to even the guy cleaning the parking lot. Nice romantic atmosphere and peaceful.

the location is great, the office staff in the evening was surly, unresponsive and unhelpful.

a group of very loud and obnoxious people had 4-5 rooms near mine and had a big a big party that lasted from 4-11:30 pm . the rooms are starkly decorated with very basic furniture and no carpets making the sound when talking creating echoes. the plumbing made loud noises even when not in use. on my last morning the toilet clogged up.

I loved how for a two star it was very clean.

pot smokers by the sentinel tree on one of the nights. the smell triggered a migraine

The staff were friendly; the night clerk actually provided me with one of his own new toothbrushes because I had forgotten mine and did not arrive until nearly 10:00 pm. The breakfast was fine.. The bed was very comfortable.

The cleanliness of the room. In fact, there were stains on the bathroom wall which was a bit disgusting.

Clean rooms(needs color too white) the guy who does the breakfast keeps it stocked and clean very well. Great location walking distance to just about everywhere. Got it at a great price on booking.Com.

Room too white/ bland needs some personality but it was Clean and comfy except not great pillows.

Perfect location at a reasonable price - it is right in the middle of the historical area and there is even a stop on the Old Town Trolley Tour (Hop On/ Off) right there. Although a little far, it was walkable to / from the downtown area. There are several out of doors patios with lawn furniture where family or friends can get together to visit outside their separate rooms. We loved that. Comfortable king size bed, updated furniture, and TV with cable works well. Lots of convenient outlets and USB to charge devices on both end tables and desk. Nice breakfast with everything kept ready and well supplied. attentive staff in the dining room.

Although this hotel has obviously been updated fairly recently, it is an old motel style with parking out front and we found several carpenter ants on the floors. The floors are tile and felt sandy or gritty on bare feet. When I got out of the shower, I felt like I was picking up dirt before I could get shoes on. They should be swept or washed daily. Adequate towels and accessories in the bathroom - although some seemed dingy or worn more than I would expect. Bedding was very clean and comfortable however.
