Great location, minutes away from the historic downtown (by walk). Parking in the facilities (to be considered when visiting St. Augustine). Remodeled motel with all the necessary amenities, really convenient.

Our only complaint was how uncomfortable the bed was. Like sleeping on a carpeted concrete floor.

My room location. I was given a room next to steps with boxes of air conditioners and refrigerators. I feel that I was given that room because we were just staying one night. However, I always felt that if you want me to return to your hotel, you should try to impress me so I would want to return and that I would tell my friends about your hotel. Also, air conditioner was a wall unit that ran constantly. Even after we turned the temperature setting up.

Location was good.

Housekeeper left my door opened and of course unlocked. No clean wash cloths left after the first day, they just took the dirty laundry and don’t leave clean.

The location by the water and near the end of the street so it was quieter than other places.

Very limited parking There was to go food from LongHorn Steak hs left in the fridge from the prior tentent...Yuk I have very short silver hair but kept finding hairballs of long black hair in the room and bathroom...yuk

Wonderful location at an affordable price.

The shower needs to have non-slip mat or peel and stick shower appliqués. The shower floor is very slippery when wet.

Perfectly sited to explore st augustines historic district with free parking which is a huge bonus. Large ropm, spotlessly clean, quiet and friendly front of house staff

The location

The air conditioner is a window unit and is poorly located in the room. There is a wall between the air conditioner and the rest of the room. There wasn't any air flow from the air conditioner into the part of the room where the bed and television were.

The cleanliness of the rooms. The convenience of walking to the attractions. But the thing I love the most was the clean pool and the free parking. Friendly staff. Ease of check out and check in. I had stayed in more expensive hotels in this location and I was charged for parking and the rooms were not as clean and the pool was always full of bugs and ridiculously small. So this hotel was excellent and it exceeded my speciations by a lot. Kudos all around

I can’t think of anything. Our stay was superb.

Location is very desirable. One can walk to many locations. Therefore, you don't have to look for parking spaces or pay for extra parking. In the evening it was possible to sit outside one's room in casual seating and enjoy the evening water view.

One could easily slip in the shower; the floor needed a rubber mat in it or a pebble-like floor. Placement of the air-conditioning unit was poor. Toilet could be replaced with a taller unit. (People are taller these days!) Parking is a problem. Every night we had to fight for a spot. Most people parked in the lot and never moved their car during their entire stay.

Musty smell in the room, a bit dated, kinda noisy

The location is right on the water in the historic district. You can see the marina. It's a block off of the old town shopping district. No need to move your car for dining, entertainment or shopping. You can walk to so many attractions. Rooms were nice. Very clean. Comfy beds.

St. Augustine is nothing more than over priced money trap. All the eatery's very over priced. I ate at the diner and the bill was $75.00. Are you kidding.

The stay was very over priced. $900.00 is a lot to shell out for a 3 night stay. Never going back to that place.

I guess only minor irritation was that there weren’t enough car park spaces for all guests. I personally was never blocked in but can imagine it being a pain.
