It was a disappointing stay

They locked the pool at 6 pm. on a summer day Breakfast was disappointing. No fruit was offered , The shower was slimy, and the AC was not cold , the floor to our room was not clean, still sandy from the last guest. The refrigerator was not wiped out and didn't get cold enough. The creamer next to our room coffee maker was expired , and the paint was cracked and chipping in the bathroom ceiling The grounds man was staring out of the office door all the time, they demanded we wear wrist bands while being there on the property, my son was not allowed to visit us while we stay there, we paid almost 500 for 1 night and the building was run down , we got locked out of the gate to access the back deck and had to go through the office to get back there and got locked out again when I walked to my room to use the restroom when returning the lady in the office seemed Annoyed when I knocked to open the door, the older man at the desk was rude when checking in , they were overly stricked for no reason, to the point it was uncomfortable and not relaxing, I will never stay there again and it's a definite rip off , not worth the money they charge. the things they advertise online are nothing like it really is, I woke up with the worst back pain from the bed . Never again will I stay there or recommend this place to anyone .

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel (la dame le soir et le monsieur le matin). Très gentil et de bons conseils.

Nous n’avons pas du tout apprécié notre séjour. Des l’arrivée, nous avons hésité à annuler le séjour. Complexe ayant bcp de défauts. La piscine est au milieu du parking ! (Et dépourvu de parasol et autres). Et la chambre est très très très sale !!! C’est honteux, le sol n’est jamais nettoyé et à ce prix , ce n’est pas normal ! En pièce jointe une photo des pieds de mon fils après avoir marché même pas 5 minutes. C’est écœurant !

Sehr netter Empfang, happy hour mit gratis Wein und Snack, sehr gutes Frühstück. Zimmer sauber und schön, mit direktem Ausgang zum River mit Relaxestühlen.

Pool, neben der Strasse. War im März noch etwas vernachlässigt.

A few simple things from the room, like tissues. Also, shower curtain allows water on rest of the bathroom floor.

Loved the view and the chairs outside the room on the deck. Bed was very comfortable.

Property is nice but is ready for some upgrades. Needs painted. For the price for a room, expected the appearance to be better.
