I paid for a heated pool (4 days) but I had to call the property manager every day to heat the pool. We only were able to enjoy the pool 1 day!!!

To start with once we walked into the house it felt very warm. Ac was set at 72 but the place did not cool down till about 4 or 5 in the morning. Rugs were very nasty and looked like they had mold on them. The bathroom tiles were all coming apart. The dishwasher had a sign that it had been broken since February and was not allowed to be used. The garage door had a no parking sign as to not park in the garage. We had family come over and they stayed for about two hours and we ended up getting a 200.00$ fine for blocking sidewalk as there is not enough parking. Once we called them about the fine they tell us well you can park in the garage nobody would ever know once you close the door. There were signs allover the house as if you really cant do anything in a place that your paying to stay at. They have no cleaning service as they tell you that you need to wash the bedding for them basically. Pool was unsafe as the drain cover on the bottom of pool was missing. The pool was so cold that my kids were not able to use the pool. The hot water would come on and off while showering so you would have to be careful with showering the kids so they wouldn't get burnt. There was no equipment as to brush the pool.

Everything was in place and organized we enjoyed our stay here.

The dirt. The House cockroaches all over our food. Not being able to cook or store food in the kitchen. Couldn’t bring left overs or snacks because the roaches wanted it . Had to sleep with one eye open because the roaches wanted to come lay next to us. Had to wear socks in the shower and socks on the carpet because there was mold and dirt . The beds were very stiff hard and uncomfortable. The pillows linen and towels are very worn out and dingy. The air conditioning didn’t work properly only at night is when it cooled the house . Broken doors broken furniture broken blinds broken dish washer and worse of all my kids had nose bleeds from all the dingy air vents and mold carpet. Wish I could add more pictures to show the roaches kitchen area and carpets . We left early it was bad .

It could’ve been cleaner , the carpets have stains in them , the couches have stains. On the site was shown a house with pool but when we got there we didn’t have a pool in the back yard. It smelt old in the house. The furniture was outdated. Shower curtains where filthy

I like the value of renting a small house while my family stayed at Kissimmee. It was nice to invite local family and stay the day instead of going out to a restaurant. The pool was great and we left the pool noodles for others to enjoy. We live in Jax FL and we felt like home. We will be back as our schedule permits. God Bless.
