El espacio y las camas para cada uno de mis hijos ...fuimos un grupo de cinco. El personal de la recepción fue amable en todo momento.

Realmente es mejor el Legacy que queda en Lake Buena Vista al cual hemos ido varias veces...este de Kissimmee esta un poco viejo y necesita algunas remodelaciones y mantenimiento.

Some areas closed , golf course disrepair , pool table across the street , hard to get to it

I loved the pool and the house styled hotel rooms. I loved the location next to shopping and dining. Super clean!

I didn’t like the attitude of one of the front desk ladies, also they had no chalk for the pool sticks at the pool table and all the arcade games cost a dollar a game which I thought was expensive.

I loved everything

That the tiki bar didn’t stay open longer or the food place in the lobby didn’t stay open longer as well

Estaba muy sucio. Olor a humedad. Cucarachas en la habitación. No hacen limpieza diaria. Pagamos 4 días pero al segundo no aguantamos y nos fuimos. No quisieron devolver el dinero de los días no utilizados.

Nulla.

Struttura pessima, pulizia inesistente e stanze piene di scarafaggi. Siamo stati costretti ad abbandonare la struttura prima del previsto!

Driving across the road to get to the other pool.area. where the pool was bigger and more fun. It's very dangerous and difficult to get to the other side. And the parking lot has too many potholes. Almost damaged my car rental.

Pet friendly, nice pools and location is excellent Clean area friendly staff

1: Not enough kitchen gadgets 2: Furniture was dated 3: The door that was between our room and the next room was constantly trying to be opened. You can hear everything through the door which to me is considered not secured and was echoed into our room. That made me feel unsafe . 4: Not enough garbage cans I found 2. One by the splash pad and one by the entrance. There is one in each pool area. But I walk my dogs around and have to look for someplace to dispose of waste...I did see a dog area which is great...just not for my dogs. 5: need more lounge chairs in the pool areas. There is not enough and people saving their chair early should not be allowed
