The closest decent coffee shop was a 20 minute walk away and most restaurants nearby closed at 10pm (so basically, the location). Didn't like the bathroom lighting.

Good location in Cambridge, close to subway station to quickly get to the center of Boston. Very nice surroundings, river on one side and small pond on the other. View from my room on Boston panorama was exceptional. Hotel is joint to a shopping mall which is also a plus. Room was nice and comfortable!

I would expect more from the reception staff. A lot of hidden extra payments.

Very comfortable rooms with excellent (!) bed and bathroom. Quality of the breakfast was very good. Service personnel at the "Bambara" bar and restaurant was very courteous. Well located - however, not a place with a view though.

The overall service did not correspond with the premium prices requested. Breakfast during the week was organized as kind of self-service with orders at the bar - including queuing up. This changed towards the weekend. A request at the front desk to help reserve a table in a restaurant was accepted - but only after the not very friendly advice that this is not normally part of the hotel's services. The hotel charges a mandatory 20.-US$ guest amenity fee per day.

We drove from Maine and were a little worried about available parking where we could leave our car while walking/taking train to the attractions we wanted to visit. But your concierge was very kind and helpful and we were able to leave our car at the hotel even after we checked out! Thank you!

Check-in was smooth, and the location is very convenient! There is a mall you can get to by walking underground so on freezing days, it was perfect! Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs is very good! Friendly staff! I wish the water pressure for the shower was a bit stronger, and that they have more drawers in the room to put clothes away, as my stay was for 5 days. Overall, I really like the vibe of the hotel!
