we were just there one night and had no problems/complaints

the staff was super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and plentiful, and it was super close to the college we were touring.

you have to ask to have your room cleaned every day or they clean it every 3rd day. I didn’t realize this until the second day when I read a sticker in the bathroom. maybe this is a new thing?

The night employees were so nice! The breakfast was great. They had waffles, bacon, eggs, fruit, bagels, etc. The room was clean and welcoming...I slept so good!

An elevator would be helpful.

It was in the middle where it was convenient. It was clean and comfortable.

The right room could've been cleaned but they did discount the price for the room I was given. Was just disappointing.

Staff was very pleasant. Convenient location. Continental breakfast was good. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel is nice and quiet, a good place to rest.

The facility is old and in need of updates. For example, the refrigerator in the room was so loud, I had to unplug it in order to sleep. The tile in the bathroom was stained from age. Visible surfaces and areas were well-cleaned, but when I dropped something on the floor, I glimpsed between the beds and under the desk, which clearly hadn't been cleaned in years. Also, the toilet had a very dark and dirty ring around it under the seat. And I think it's strange that they charge a different rate for every night of multi-night stay.

The bathroom was the entire downfall of our stay. The toilet was designed for a 4 year old. 20" - 24" high with no grab bars. We're both in our 70's. I could not use the toilet so used the public toilet in the hallway.

The beds need updated. They were very hard and uncomfortable.

We only stayed one night. We were there for work. The hotel was very clean and I had no problems. The bathtub had no hair which is always something I look for. We own a commercial cleaning company and I am always looking. Thanks
