Event was nearby.
I was ashmed to bring anybody in. Baseboards missing. Bathroom Bath is down right Dangerious, Rust on vents.
Tub hand rails in the wrong location, Just plain bad.

This place has passed its golden ages long ago. In my room were some lamp fixtures out of the wall and some old stains on the corner of the bed. My room was oriented to the car park and nearby street, you could hear every door clap/slam.

was not clean had to change rooms woke up with bad smell coming from ac and causing me to wheeze. once I changed rooms it was better

Breakfast was good. We booked the one night after we were disappointed with our booking at a nearby hotel. Staff was understanding and compassionate in allowing us to check in early as we had to be out of original hotel by checkout and be ready for an event at the same time as check in at Wingate. We were pleased with rooms and appearance of hotel lobby.

Accused of smoking which it was incense for my meditation an the reception was very rude.

I always stay here at least two-three times a month
the woman who checked me in was extremely rude to me and it took thirty minutes even though I paid through the booking site in advance

Good options at breakfast, but items not replenished in a timely manner. Patrons had to continually ask for various things. Trash cans overflowing. Apparently not enough help to efficiently handle.
Had to go to front desk to ask for plunger because commode kept getting clogged.

HVAC unit rattled all night. Didn't sleep well. Bathtub backed up. Had to shower in three inches of water.

the man at the front desk management was rude and considering I just had surgery he looked at me crazy when I asked if he could help with my bags out of the car ! gave me look of disgust and ignored me ! I was completely in disbelief and discuss !! the lady ended up helping me she was extremely nice and helpful !! fire that man and the owners son for standing there letting him do it

Was pleasantly surprised by this Best Western property-- everything was better than at other Best Westerns where we have stayed. The decor was updated with pleasant art and comfortable furniture in our spacious room, the service was friendly, the complimentary breakfast was better, and good soundproofing and light blocking curtains led to an excellent night's rest-- and all of this at an exceptionally competitive price.

I loved the location of the Best Western Plus facility. The staff was very welcoming and exceptional. They served hot breakfast. I enjoyed my stay.
