I loved the size, location, and style of the hotel.

I was disappointed with how unorganized the staff was when we arrived.

The location

There was no one available to unstop the toilet in the bathroom in the room

Staff. Cleanliness.

There are no microwaves in rooms.

Mice and comfortable bed. I liked the walk in shower. People and staff were friendly.

We booked a king, was given 2 beds which we had to switch. It never matters what we book bec when coming to a Hyatt they never seem to know. Single ply toilet paper?! I expected more from Hyatt. Not enough breakfast choices.

They gave us a great room -- very nice in a good location. The staff was extremely pleasant.

There was a delay in checking in because rooms weren't ready. As far as breakfast, the first morning was very busy due to sports teams staying in the hotel. The breakfast room ran out of most items before the closing time. The second morning they had a good supply of everything, so it was very good.

Location

Room was not cleaned hair in tub, dirt and hair back of toilet. Phone in lobby did not work due to renovation. Asked for the room to be cleaned came back from outing room still not cleaned. I asked 2x

The door was not working and that made me uncomfortable to sleep I also reserved a specific room and they gave away all the rooms and the only thing left was the handicap accessible room. TV channels were not working and the remote did not work for the tv

location, cleaning staff was super nice. bed was comfortable and shower was hot.

false advertisement on the site! pool was actually closed after stating limitations with the pool!!! hair all over my room, bathroom and shower filled with hair. my toilet ran all day and night but would not flush when used. refrigerator didn’t work. my soda was super warm!

I liked that the hotel is close to everything!

My room was not clean at all, it was a bit filthy and sticky spills were all throughout the room floor. Also, the tub was not clean for my guest and I.

Good location. Generally like Hyatt Place/Hyatt brand.

They were renovating and there were a number of things that just didn’t line up because of that. I had a two night stay and my room wasn’t serviced. I know that’s happening more in the “hospitality” business but they put one day’s worth of towels and coffee in the room. Also - and I guess this is on Booking.com - there was no indication that a renovation was going on. The price was in line with fully functional properties in the area.

Used the hotel as a night stop of the way back home from a trip. In general it was OK - The room was spacious. Breakfast was good- we have not used other amenities.

The hotel is under renovation and it was somewhat stinky. If I knew it was under renovation I would have reserved a different hotel ( Many in the area).

extreme long line and hold for check in due to manager putting the bartender up front to work the front desk. When calling for help manager was no where to be found nor never answered their phone. So many angry customers as one couple was waiting for towels since 12pm as we got there around 9:38 and wasn’t checked in until 10:18. One family paid for a double room and got a single room and had to wait a long time for that to be corrected. another family paid for two rooms but one of their rooms where dirty and they had to wait as well. Bathroom was full of hair in the shower. Air vent in the room was blowing dust all over the bed. Room smelled straight like paint as they are under renovations but failed to disclosed any of this information. Only one housekeeping was available for the entire hotel building. it’s directly behind a highway so If you don’t want to hear cars all night and people getting pulled over then don’t stay here. Not much to breakfast.

when I arrived location was understaffed,guest was complaining of dirty rooms. line was thru the lobby, not a good look for the property

The none quiet hours , no lobby space for people to hang out with family and friends lack of communication from staff. The manager was amazing staff horrible. Breakfast was not good. The water was cut off with notice to anyone.

they canceled my reservation without even contacting me and they did not even say sorry or anything . Just we are completely booked and you have to stay somewhere else .

The remodeling isn’t noted prior to staying. it was aged and not nice. Very different from expected appearance.

The morning front desk person was helpful and pleasant.

There as construction/renovation going on and there as no mention of this when booking. When we checked in the front desk person seemed like they could care less about being there. - it was almost like they were doing us a favor by letting us stay there and they were bothered by my question of when the construction would stop for the day..they also did not offer us a welcome gift bag/bottled waters but I saw multiple other guests offered these things when they checked in later. The furniture in the room was worn/torn/beat up and the comforter had a stain on it. There were crumbs/"stuff" on the end tables and the ottoman - looked like they had not been wiped off/dusted. My wife went to walmart and bought cleaning wipes in order to clean up these things. We have stayed at Hyatt facilities many times and have always enjoyed our stays - we specifically chose this hotel because it was in the Hyatt family so we thought we knew what we were getting...this one was not up to the standard of the other Hyatt Hotels we have stayed. Even the breakfast (which has been great at other Hyatt Hotels) left alot to be desired in terms of what we have experienced at other hotels.
