i was a little bit disappointed as I felt the room wasn’t up to Marriot standards. I was there only for a few hours due to an overnight layover for my flight. arrived at midnight and left at 5am. The in-room refrigerator did not work. The bed was very hard and the mattress felt quite old and springy. There was no top sheet on the bed, only the duvet. I choose Marriot specifically for the bed and bedding so this was a let down. I did appreciate that they had a nice coffee station set up for super early departures.

The property was nice from what I could tell. The overnight desk person wasn’t very friendly. She seemed as though she was just tolerating me though I made every effort to be kind and friendly. Bedding was not up to Marriot standards.

I loved that the airport was just a too many walk. But they also had a shuttle service. The reception is not on the week day, but closer towards the weekend was very nice and hospitable.

Have stayed in this hotel many times. Was astounded at how poorly kept it was. Pool area was filthy and very unsafe. Breakfast was very pricey!

The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The Resturant downstairs has great food and drinks and excellent customer service.

The guest on the last night were loud. People were in the hallways late at night making noise. It was not the fault of the hotel, it was just rude people

BEAUTIFUL decor (zen like) and SUPER friendly staff! I have no reason to ever visit Greensboro again BUT I would go just to stay in THIS hotel again. PLUS 24 hour airport shuttle

Staff was super friendly and assisted us with a room to host a party for 14ppl.

I didn’t like WI-FI was not free nor was there continental breakfast.

Breakfast was okay. The pool area which in the past has always been a huge draw for us, one of the main reasons we stay. The indoor pool was quite disgusting, the hot tub not even in use, the outdoor area poorly maintained and the metal railing for the steps into the pool was even anchored in and not only hit my 3 year granddaughter in the head but made her fall. No excuse for any of that especially with what you are now charging for the night. Won’t ever stay there again!
