The front desk staff were always friendly and had a smile and good attitude every time we saw them.

This is an honest opinion, I wish I would have read something like this before I booked and stayed. Room was dirty and felt gross. Tv didn't work, AC in the room didn't keep up and it was hot. The bathroom toilet seemed cleanish but the walls and other fixtures has visible dirt or residues of something. Beds were uncomfortable and springy, sheets didn't seem clean at all. Overall I wouldn't ever recommend anyone I know to stay here. The location is central to the beach but I would rather have stayed anywhere else.

the bathroom was extremely small the smell of cleaning products like Mistolin was overbearingly strong to the point that my allergies were ignited. the bed was so extremely uncomfortable the interior of the place, including the rooms need a huge upgrade (ex: no phone in the room)

Perfect beach-front location with good view of the ocean and countless restaurants steps away. Convenient parking in a lot close by. Good A/C. Nice room decor. Modern TV, refrigerator and a microwave oven are helpful. Free coffee in the lobby. Beach chairs and towels available. Very busy, spring break-type environment right outside the door.

This is a tourist-class beach hotel so comparing it to top-shelf brands would be unfair. Overall however, we had a pleasant stay with a few small complaints. No safe in our room. It was apparently removed for some reason and could not be replaced during our stay. For people traveling with laptops, electronics and credit cards (everybody) a safe is as essential these days as warm water or strong wi-fi, especially if it is listed in the room description. Rooms are cleaned only every other day and get messy quickly. Hiring more staff to do it daily would help. Checkout is expected at 11am, not at the usual 12pm. No big deal but for the latter two points Covid-related excuses are no longer convincing. No swimming pool. No breakfast. Loud live concerts at nearby venues all day, usually until 9pm.

The location of the hotel right at the boardwalk and beach made the overall stay very good. If the hotel was along the interstate away from the ocean it would be a second or third rate hotel. Location, location, location.

The finishings of the hotel were low grade.

Patricia was a wonderful host who made some accommodations for us when we had some troubles with the first room. She was able to get us into a better room without any paying anymore fees. Great location right on the beach

The office staff was amazing

I requested towels from one of the cleaning ladies and she refused to give them to me along with take my trash and dirty towels that I had neatly separated.

Location was AWESOME ! Staff was friendly and helpful … allowed us to change clothes in a bathroom off the lobby since we arrived early morning prior to our room being ready. Our air conditioner stopped working after two nights .. they switched us to a different room immediately! And this room was improved from the first room we were in (much cleaner and a little more space) . Having Beach towel service was awesome !! Very nice to have heavy duty/ nice beach chairs !

When arriving and signing paperwork I was charge additional fees for “resort tax” that was not mentioned when I booked this hotel thru Booking.com. The room wasn’t very clean .. there was a pile of sand and debris left on the floor upon our arrival. Bathroom still had hair on the floor. Room was small/ tight . No place to put luggage.

Dirty Walls and curtains, bedlinens dirty, loose showerhead, small bathroom, ugly old furniture Very unfriendly staff, was not able to decide anything without Manager who was rarely there, elevator pucked up and not cleaned. checked out after one night as we did not feel comfortable at all but didn‘t get any money back despite the complaints. Worst stay ever!

Fantastic location, right on the Broadwalk. Cool, vintage architecture, and the staff was friendly.

No parking, although you can park in a lot about a block away with a pass the hotel provides. Bathrooms are small compared to more modern places, but they did the job. If it were my place, I would restore it to what I imagine it looked like when it opened.
