Location

It was horrible costumer service. It took 2 hours to check in. Everytime needed something the reception was packed with upset guests and staff just not capable to provide costumer service. The worse was that they took my luggage out of my room and they said did not have an idea of what happen to my luggage. I had to call the police and even then they said they did not had my luggage. But at the end they had my luggage on storage... this caused hours of anxiety for me as my documents were missed

Close the Beach. Driving distance to where we wanted to visit.

They have a coffee machine but no coffee. The staff in the office very nice but they’re always busy on the phone and it takes for ever to get to them

Our room was right on the water! It was perfect!

It was easy to book through this website, though the hidden fees from the hotel were a bit disappointing.

The room wasn’t very clean, and there room had no hot water. So after driving all day we couldn’t take a shower. When we told the front desk in the morning, they said there was nothing they could do and refused to grant us a partial refund. The customer service was poor, the person at the front desk was dismissive and rude. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

worst service i ever had . had one of booking agents on the phone trying to call them to help which they hung up on her face telling me there very busy which it was raining i told them multiple times I have a child with me but they did not care . after I booked they said a hour wait which turned into 3 hours . no Wi-Fi after stated there was , parking had to pay $20 , room had mold and tv displayed out of place where my daughter knocked her head on it since it was half way in the hall way . missing towels . just the worst experience I have ever had . working at the ritz Carlton prior and in hospitality over 15 years I will NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN . I regret even considering it . being it mys daughter birthday I kept stressing that which they did not care at all for accommodation. worst staff at the shift ever . if it wasn’t for a extra team member that started her shift and right away helped me out somewhat in a sense of staying calm and actually taking the time to listen and understand and try to do her best. I’m ready to call my attorney for this abuse me and my child went through

The only redeeming quality about this property is the location.

My stay here was horrible. I have stayed in cheap hotels before, but nothing ever this bad. We had to switch rooms twice because appliances were malfunctioning. All three of the rooms were not clean, walls were stained with dirt and who knows what else, and smelled musty like mildew. A maggot came up out of the drain in the shower. Each time we went to the front desk, it took forever because there was a line of at least 6-10 other customers with issues, too. Two people running a front desk that operates dozens of mini hotels is how they way to operate and it’s very inefficient, taking time away from my vacation. But they don’t care. they just want your money. STAY AWAY. Never again.
