The breakfast containers were empty and no staff was around to refill them, so many guests did not get the "free" breakfast.

We paid for a KIng size bed, but received a double bed. When we asked that our bill be reduced because we paid for a king size bed, the women at the counter yelled at US! She contradicted what the other women told us during check-in the day before. The women at check out said they only have one size bed and it is a King size, so we had to get a king size bed. When we asked why they advertise different size beds, she yelled at us and walked in the back room.

The room was dirty. Floors n wall were not clean. Comforter was stained, door did not lock. Spoke with manager unapologetic.

The heater was really loud and was difficult to get rest when running the heat.

Breakfast - orange and apple juice, coffe, toast bread, butter, jam and vaffels. That’s it…

Whole building needs update, cleanless could be better, also breakfast
