pool and spa did not work. Maintenace man said, issue with pump. NO one to fix it! Ok Why? windows in pool room open and screens badly torn letting bugs in. Parking lot being repaired. workers were blowing dirt and rocks were we parked. Very poor management. desk cleak said " I did not k now they started already?? Why not? Elevator carpeting filthy.

the front desk manager was excellant. we had issues with the booking date and booking.com he tried to help us but in the ned i paid Holiday inn as well as booking.com but he really went out of his way to resolve the issue

Only thing I liked about this hotel was the gentleman at the front counter. He was very kind and professional.

no air conditioning in the lobby, elevator floors were disgusting, room was hot when I arrived, bench at entrance of room was stained and dirty, carpet felt dirty and was sticky in some areas, corners of bathroom were dirty, air conditioning vents absolutely revolting, spot of blood on one of the sheets, curtain was broken. To top it all off, it turns out there are three penitentiaries in the area. This place is a disappointment to the standard of many other Holiday Inn Express hotels I’ve stayed at.

Big room, comfy beds and AC.

The dirty animal smells in the elevator and in the room. Dirty rugs in elevator, halls and the room. The desk chair was all worn out and ugly. Needs to be thrown away.

The associate at the front desk when I checked ias bet nice and helpful. The bed was very comfy
