I didn’t like the fact that we traveled long distance and one of the reasons I picked this place was for my children to enjoy some pool time Therefore they didn’t get to do so after being told they could Was told we would get refunded and never did Never Will I stay at this place again As well not to mention at breakfast they were out of just about everything you wanted to order worst experience ever Not again

slow elevator, rude front desk staff, keys that kept losing their door access! x4! front desk staff asking me if they needed to come up and show me how to use the door key to open my room door! no thanks smarty both of us kept getting the red unlocked color! not very happy having to go back down to get them rekeyed x4 times with a slow elevator!

Beach Staff Hotel

Held 200 on my card a week and website says breakfast included..it is not!! You pay at least 10.00 each ..Also I'm handicapped the access to the beach no ramp it's stairs up and down very difficult

noises: dumpster pickup late night, dog barking in hallway, interstate traffic.

customer service was wonderful.

think they should offer basic free breakfast.
