Staff, location, clean , and a nice breakfast

Pool was OK, needed an updating ,

the room was very good

the breakfast was not very good

The location was perfect for a mid-trip stop and rest. Close to many restaurants and easy access to the highway. It was clean and comfortable enough for our purposes.

Do not book this hotel through any other site unless you are willing to drop another $150 at the front desk for "incidentals." I have never experienced such a practice, but it seems this is how they deter people from using Booking or other discount travel sites.

checking in was slow , computer kept going down and there seemed to be no help for the poor young girl on the desk

the staff were nice and very helping

the water went off around 7pm so me and my kids weren’t able to shower the night we were there they were working on I guess the water in the middle of the night it was a lot of banging and it woke my kids up . the next morning we woke up and the water still was off I called the front desk and the man the at was there offered to change my room which I appreciated and he was going to bring a key but once he got up to my room the water finally was back on around 8 something in the morning.

Stain hidden under top coverlet On down comforter looked like blood. Breakfast lacking a lot. Tub did not hold water for a bath

The friendliness of every single staff member was amazing!! Also, considering the age of the hotel, they are doing a good job at keeping everything working and clean!!

Really need to add some items to the breakfast! They only had waffles, cereal, toast, and yogurt. Need some meat, eggs, fruit, and pastries.

The breakfast was OK. Maybe add some muffins. Everything was clean.

Smoking everywhere. I was told by the front desk that all your rooms are smoking. I'm allergic to smoke. I was told our floor was smoke free.

The room was good, enough furniture to work, sit etc. Pretty clean as well. The person at the front desk was friendly and efficient.

Beds and pillows weren't great.

Convenient and I liked the accessible room layout.

Oh, there was a office chair that obviously was broken and I almost fell have a fit in the room it needs to be replaced

The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Had to ask for bread to make toast. It was 0800. Check in was fab, the desk person was very good. Later I called desk to ask for tv directions and she asked if I had a 5-10 mins and she will come up to show us. She showed in that time frame, its was tv receptor thing, she explained it and showed us and it was aok. I so appreciate she took the time to show us.

The breakfast- was just not well planned.

Breakfast was limited to waffles and oatmeal. Not many options but what was ther was tasty. Room was clean.

Parking lot made me uncomfortable with some of the people sitting in their cars watching and doing who knows what. We were afraid our cars were going to be broken into, but had already booked online and was non-refundable.
