The rude ass customer that put notes on my truck talking about her man is handicap and he needed that parking spot it was for that room it wasn't no handicap blue sign are blue paint on the ground she was being a jackass and I had to let her no he handicap and she blind to not see that wasn't a handicap spot and don't touch my damn truck no f...ing more b...h!!!!!!!

Location is great. Bob Evans is awesome. Staff was nice.

Room was clean at first glance but floor was dirty. The breakfast is a joke. Coffee watered down, no sweetener. TV system messed up.

Everything was spot on.

The room, bathroom was filthy. The coffee maker didn't work. Ice maker broken,. The bridge is in such neglect you don't want to chance standing on it. The area was filthy. All the numbers are worn off that's suppose to show where what number rooms are. Lobby in sitting area was covered in boxes and other things. One loveseat was available for sitting. The doors had chunks missing. I would not recommend this place for anyone unless they are so totally drunk and can overlook the hell hole conditions.

There was nothing to like. It smelled bad, it was dirty, the bathroom light didn’t work, the lock on the door wasn’t secure,, the desk chair was so old and disgusting, the shower curtain was old and dirty. We woke up, put our clothes on and left asap!!

Everything should be improved!!

the bed had a sinking hole in it towards the middle of the bed it was uncomfortable

Desk clerk was very helpful and efficient.

NO BREAKFAST!?!?! ,because of covid. That ended months ago!

Room floors weren't the best walked into bathroom and tub with the ugliest most stain thing I've ever seen in my life including the mold growing around the top of it. black mold I believe The tub water was Dripping it was spraying the bathroom  floor outside of the tub this rqom should not never have been rented with that condition. When I mentioned it to the manager the next day cuz we came in it at midnight the beds looked acceptable so we used them we weren't in any condition to start changing rooms or doing anything else because we have been traveling for 9 hours. he told us first off he says well you should have changed your room then he came up with all sorts of excuses he could put it back on us no apology until about 10 minutes of talking and barely an apology . When we told them we found a roach he said well Florida has bugs and we spray do you want to see our schedule. now let me tell you I don't mind bugs but a roach is a different story that's usually a restaurant he was horrible he should have had a lot better way to handle the situation but it didn't seem to care on top of that there was no breakfast and I had no indication when the making the reservation it said it had breakfast the only thing later as I went through the email I received at the very bottom with a little disclaimer saying that some places may not have breakfast this is you know well after I made the reservation and was driving all that time after making the reservation and I'll tell you that that's part of why I chose your brand I have had good breakfasts and lot cleaner rooms
