The housekeepers are absolutely rude and nasty

had to stay due to electricity being out due to storms had been here for 4 days had no issues with room asked to be moved to a different room die to kids coming to stay they moved me to a room where the tv doesn't work remote doesn't work icebox doesn't work. call front desk and was told ph yeah the 3rd floor rooms icebox's doesnt work. WTF. why would you do that knowing i was bringing my family.

I did not get to stay, the hotel system wasn't pulling up booking.com reservations, after they spoke with two agents from booking.com regarding my reservation they told me that they would cancel without charging me yet I was charged.

It was dirty and the Wi-Fi didn’t work

Tv didn't work. Changed rooms for a working tv and didn't get a new key. So when I took my dog potty the next moring I was locked out of my room. Front desk wouldn't allow me to go look since it wasn't my original room.

There wasnt breakfast

The refrigerator doesnt work and I never figured out how to get the tv working

Absolutely nothing! I’ve seen cleaner halfway houses. The first room they assigned us had a balcony that wouldn’t shut & was loaded with maid carts.

The amount of “night” workers was enough for a law & order SVU episode. The smell of cat pee permeated the entire facility.
