I really like the suite style rooms

Coffee during breakfast was not so good

The beds were very comfortable and space extraordinary.Room was clean beds clean.

Bathtub was kinda dirty or rust from faucets and the tub wouldn't fill up to b able to soak in it .. Another the pool was a little dirty good space but it could be a little more clean.

The staff was just very helpful friendly and on top of that the place is very clean the rooms are very spacious beds are very comfy the bbq and pool area are great we had a small family get together and had a great time thanks to the staff who helped our stay be even better thanks again we will be back .

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. My family had a wonderful time, The room was spacious and very clean, the beds were super comfortable. We are definitely coming back soon. Thank you also to the staff for being super nice.

In my nursing career I have worked at a few assisted living facilities. Actually, it’s where I met my husband. He and I both agree we felt like we were back at work so many years ago. I was just missing my med cart and facility keys. The smell, oh God, the smell! Now if you have never visited an ALF you might not recognize the smell but we did. Body odor, food, musty old furniture and carpets, and the air freshener that hung on the wall to mask all the smells. The room was hot when we arrived. Rusty bath tub, mold on the ceiling, and something brown on the curtain. As a mom.. something brown could be anything! Needless to say, I did not investigate the brown smear...

Clean & comfortable , definitely coming back .

Great facilities in room, loved the little kitchenette, it even had a dishwasher! Enough room to put a pack and play in the bedroom (we brought our own, don't know if they provide them). Breakfast was okay, fresh fruit, waffles, tacos, yoghurt, cereals. The lady didn't really speak english but was very friendly and helpful. Close to several parks and to Plaza Mall, easy 8 minute walk with stroller.

Water in the pool wasn't really warm enough for little kids to swim in, maybe it will be in summer...

Nothing

The manager Enrique is one of the most disrespectful people I've ever come onto contact with. He tried several times to try and downgrade me to a queen room when I reserved the king suite. He speaks in Spanish and makes fun of my family cause he thinks I don't speak Spanish. I am never staying at this place again.
