La ducha no tiene presión, el personal del frontdesk es bastante desatento

Me gustó la variedad del desayuno y el confort del hotel

Alomejor la alberca pudo haber tenido mas agua caliente y la dirección de booking no es correcta

Todo excelente desde que llegamos, el personal nos atendió de maravilla, el cuarto muy limpio y acogedor, nos ofrecieron mas ropa de cama la cual no fue necesaria.

They were friendly, the room was very clean, it was convenient to the places I needed to go. I did not try the breakfast or the pool as I was too busy. I always need a fridge and microwave as I have to eat a special diet. Big roomy shower with good water pressure. Good AC. Close parking. The front desk looked up some local info I needed in about 5 seconds, just to be helpful.

Not a deal-killer and I agree with the environmentalism of having no coffee makers in the room, yet I prefer coffee before I get dressed and go in public. So I used the instant coffee I brought rather than go to the lobby for some.

The location

This is the second time I reserved on this hotel. The first time the plugs on the middle of the two beds were not working. I thought I was that specific room. But now I got a different one is the same. So seems all rooms are not having the middle connection working. So basically you cannot plug any device to charge.

Clean ... nice spacious / open lobby ... the pool and exercise area were very nice ... and the bed was comfortable ... appears to be a newer facility. Friendly staff Good location near the airport and close to several restaurants (big plus for business travel).

Room 208 - Air conditioning unit very noisy. Toilet ran during the day ... when I returned there was condensation / water on the bathroom floor. Shower valve and head both loose from the wall / tub enclosure Breakfast started at 6:30 ... which seems late for a business-oriented location (did not have a chance to enjoy breakfast the 2 nights I stayed there)
