The air conditioning never worked since we got to the room and throughout the night. The problem was reported to the staff, they commented that they would go and review the problem. They never gave us any feedback or comments. I really don't think they did anything about it. We spent a very bad night with a lot of heat and a sensation of humidity that did not let us sleep well. The breakfast was decent and with variety, on that side there are no complaints. I will definitely not book again at this location because of this air conditioning problem. For goodness sake, we are in Texas, almost in the summer season.!!

Hampton Inn has never disappointed me... So I find it all convenient and good price and all I need every time I stay through out the US. So, well, from room size to comfy beds, to good breakfast, easy check in/out and parking... all great for me!

The swimming pool is not bad at all locations. Basically is fair enough, but not an attractive one; meaning that it isn´t the type that invites you to take the time and enjoy. But I don´t care!!!!

We could watch TV because of the cable not working. The staff wasn't able to accommodate with fixing the issue.

Was very clean

Room was clean, and hotel appears fairly new. Usually a pad and pencil/pen by phone, or on desk simple little thing but as I had forgotten mine inconvenient there was none.

Bed linens seem a little worn, especially the comforters, and the bathroom door panel has a piece missing at bottom. Pricey compared to others in area that did not have rooms available.
