Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Onsite parking.

Continental breakfast instead of hot meals. Not sure if they serve hot breakfast during the week as I was only there for the weekend.

I love staying at this hotel and usually book it unless it’s completely sold out. I never had a problem but during my stay there was a parking issue because some people don’t know how to park their cars and double parked. The solution was for me to park all the way at the end somehow and try to fit my car in a tiny space where I’ll be blocking another person. I barely could get out of my car. It worked out but I wished they would have found out who that guest was who double parked and told them to fix their parking. Especially, when you have a booked up hotel with no rooms available. Even the next day, the car was double parked. That was the only issue for me. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast.

I didn't like that when we came they would like to do extra charge for 3 years old kid $ 25 and final charge from card was $ 28, this is addition to $ 160 for offseason stay (December). Room looks very old furniture, walls, bathroom all in bad shape. Bed blanket very thin, the water in the sink didn't drain. This room should not cost more then $100 per night. $185 it is high cost for this room per night.

Great location in the heart of Newport. Close to shops and restaurants. Wonderful continental breakfast with delicious coffee.

The location was great. The breakfast was good and bed was very comfortable. Lots of on-site parking.

Our room smelled moldy. The rugs and bathroom need updating.

Breakfast was only adequate. Pancakes or another type of a hot food could have been added. The Inn was filled with old cheap furniture and accessories. A designer should be hired to refurbish every room. The staff were okay but did not go out of their way. I got a "Good morning " only after I said it.

Very spacious rooms , some had a queen size bed with a day bed also. Water dispenser in the hall. Nicely furnished. Very helpful lovely ladies at the desk . Great breakfast with lots of different places to sit and enjoy being in Newport.

The property was beautiful and cozy and the staff was extremely welcoming. Additionally the breakfast was such a lovely touch. We will definitely be coming back!
