The breakfast was good. The location was good.

Having to go down the street and in the basement for morning coffee and the breakfast was bad. The rooms were not handicap accessible.

Location was great, very central, Newport is very walkable. There was a free breakfast which was better than nothing. Free parking was useful as well.

The room was not clean (I definitely saw a few bugs scurrying around at different points), the hotel walls are very thin (so you can hear your neighbors quite clearly) and perhaps most offensively the WiFi was extremely slow and patchy.

Room, decorations excellent. Location at back excellent, quiet. Did hope for tub for a hot soak, but oh well. Breakfast excellent. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

It was located near everything.

The air conditioning didn’t work well, there was one channel on the TV, and the furnishings were shabby. Breakfast the next morning; we were caught by one of the owners who told us to go down a few houses, down a few steps, and into the basement. Breakfast was set up: quiche was terrible; pancakes just so-so. Definitely NOT happy

Check in was seamless. The room was spotless quaint and historic. The bed was very comfortable, shower great. I love the added bonus of refrigerator. Angel at the front desk was friendly, informative and helpful. The location is perfect for leaving car and exploring everywhere if you like to walk. Breakfast amazing! Cassandra rocks!

Would have liked microwave in room. Perhaps an elevator for people with special needs. Other than that thank you for awesome stay! Will be back

It’s a very charming and historic building but with updated amenities. It was very clean and the room was large with a very comfy bed. It was a bonus that they provide a mini-refrigerator. They also provide off street parking which was great.
