During our stay at the hotel, they cleaned our room and we lost a bag with very expensive clothes, even though they assured us that if they called us, they didn't call us or didn't contact us, these are clothes that are very important to us

The location was great for us as it was only 10 minutes away from the Fairgrounds.

As soon as you walked in there was a perfume-ish smell- similar to the scent that was pumped out by Hollister in the mall. Made me wonder what was being covered up… Our room appeared fine until I went to take a shower and unfolded the bath mat to find black grease-like stains all over it. I took it to the front desk and they apologized and had housekeeping bring a new one. Things happen. The reason for the less than stellar review is because after we already had housekeeping clean the room after our second day, I moved the arm chair to sit in a different spot, I found some one else’s dirty sock under the chair. That tells me at least two people did not vacuum or even look under the chair. I put that together with the bath mat issue and came to the conclusion that it was not the cleanest place. For the price, we should have had a better experience.

I booked this location for my husband to have a fun weekend with his friends. I asked if they would be able to have a special package in the room by his check in. They assured me this would be able to happen. The point of the package was the fun surprise of walking in and having drinks ready for them. They did not have this ready and my husband had to go ask for it. They also charged us for dessert but did not give them it. At that point, I didn’t care yo argue anymore. Definitely disappointing and not worth the expensive package when the whole point of it was not achieved and promised. They apologized to me, but when things are comped for mistakes, and items you are charged for don’t show up, I don’t really find that appropriate.

bed was comfy we enjoyed the pool without kids at night 10-11 and the hot tub also Starbucks coffee and the restaurant were a plus!

The main issue with this location is you have to reserve a microwave for your room they only have limits amounts and when we asked to suggest to the manager to change that the GM was kind of snippy and stated most people do not want a microwave. we had to go across to holiday gas station to use theirs LOL So just be aware the microwave situation stinks… the staff were all great and friendly

I really liked the location of the hotel. It was clean and decorated nicely. Staff was friendly. My room was very comfortable. I appreciated the shower supplies provided in the large dispensers rather than all of the little individual containers. I will definitely stay there again and I would recommend it. I did not eat breakfast there as I had gone to the store and bought a few groceries to safe on cost.

I could hear the TV in the next room and it was on all night. I also didn't like that the TV was on when I first checked into my room.
