Breakfast was always on time and has all contents to get you well started for the day.

Everything about this hotel met my expectations. I had wished for lower charged extended checkout time, which of course was offered me but for a fee almost half my daily room rate.

Front desk staff was excellent

There was no where to dispose of garbage on a non room service day

The room was perfect, we loved having two spaces. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was surprisingly awesome! We enjoyed the pool and never had to wait for elevators. Friendly vibe from other guests too.

Even with no maid service, I wish we had supplies even outside our room each day. And it while be great to have a trash bag.

It was a nice building. The room was a nice size to accommodate my family.

The extra charges that were not clearly expressed. Took three days of requesting to receive cleaning services. Cabinets were very dusty and we found a needle on the bathroom sink.

The view! The bedroom with a separate living room / work desk. The shower! Having an extra blanket and super nice pillow in the closet. The safe-box. The staff/— both front desks guys were exceptionally helpful and chill. Thank you!!!

The parking garage!! Make little business cards with the level name on it that people can pick up before they get on the elevator. 😁

Das Zimmer hat nach altem Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Aus der Klimaanlage tropfte ständig Wasser. Die Lüftung im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht. Das Frühstück war die reinste Katastrophe!

Signage on street level was limited and made it difficult to find the hotel which is several floors above street level

Breakfast was fantastic. Location was perfect for the reason for the trip.

Sadly, the room was not comfortable, the couch was hard and scratchy, the bed was hard and so were the pillows. From a hotel of this cost, I expect to sink into softness and comfort.

There was a party late at night in the room next to us - but was addressed by Shanna

Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was more than plentiful. It was very quiet.

Really everything was great. We had a king bed and our son stayed with us on the pull out bed. It would have been nice to be able to close a door between the two rooms, but we managed just fine.

The only thing we liked was the location to our concert venue.

They didn’t have any hand soap - they ran out and told us to use the shower gel to wash our hands. They also said they didn’t have anyone to bring us up a few things we asked for, such as plates and cups - we had to go down to the front desk. The windows were FILTHY - we paid extra for a city view and you could barely see the city because of how dirty the windows were. Also, you have to pay $25 for parking? That should be included in the price of the hotel. The staff wasn’t very friendly when we asked about it, either. The breakfast was incredibly mediocre and disappointing - the sausage was cold and there was plastic in with the fruit.
