A pesar de que el personal de recepcion no hablaba Ingles busco la manera en que nos pudieramos sentir comodos , eso me gusto. La localidad exelente. Todo accesible y como para poder llegar. Sobre todo cerca de los parques y el aeropuerto.

Que tengan personas que hablen espanol.

Excelente opcion para ir a los parques de Universal. Super bien ubicado, a 8 min de Universal. Limpio, bien mantenido, habitaciones espaciosas. Desayuno super bueno (para los hoteles de US) Amabilidad del personal, free parking. free Wifi, piscina y jacuzzi un ++ 10/10

I'VE BEEN ROBBED, ME ROBARON

Me robaron, dejé mi chaqueta en la habitación el día que salimos del hotel, cuando mi esposo fue al día siguiente a las 6:00 am para pedir que me la devolvieran le salieron con todas las excusas, que no había la persona encargada, que llegaba más tarde y bla bla bla, luego fuimos en la tarde los dos para buscarla y me salieron con las excusas, diciendo que la persona encargada nuevamente no estaba, dieron a entender que ellos como hotel son unos incompetentes que algo tan delicado como devolver la pertenecía de un huésped no podían resolver. Al final me dieron que no sabían quién había limpiado la habitación donde nos hospedamos, y pro ende debíamos nosotros denunciar y levantar una investigación, o sea todo mal, nos fuimos tristes y con impotencia porque ME ROBARON! They stole me, I left my jacket in the room the day we left the hotel, when my husband went the next day at 6:00 am to ask for it back, they came up with all the excuses, that there was no person in charge, that she arrived later and blah blah blah, then we both went in the afternoon to look for her and they came out with excuses, saying that the person in charge was not there again, they made it clear that they as a hotel are incompetent that something as delicate as returning the belonging of a guest they could not resolve. In the end they told me that they did not know who had cleaned the room where we stayed, and therefore we should report it and launch an investigation, that is, everything was bad, we left sad and helpless because THEY ROBBED ME!
