Nothing like advertised on booking.Com site. First room, was not clean. Was Moved to second room, no amenities available at all as advertised and agreed, paint peeling off the wall, patched whole spots, old smell, only scorching hot water available to take a shower, no adjustments available. Second room was a total downgrade. Moved to 3rd room, tv was old and small, bathroom sink faucet was broken, no water pressure.

Great ambiance, very comfortable.

I didn’t like there wasn’t any notice of parking was extra. Other than the fact I had to pay extra for parking it was great.

It was very close to the events that we were attending.

It was much better experience than before. Looks like management was taking care of the upkeep of the hotel.

there was an old dirty wet carpet smell through the hotel. we had to spray something to make the air decent. Coffee provided in room was only decaf. pool was dirty. and it should say that parking was 20.00.

the pool was nice it was centrally located and close to everything in the city

the toilets didn’t work , water pressure was low , heat/ac didn’t work we had to change rooms 3 times the manager said she would comp my nights only ended up comping one over all I’d never stay at this location again the one in denver is A-1

Everything was exceptional

If I could ever give a one star, I will do it! A motel service but requests for hotel price. First of all, I was never assigned to a room I booked. No matter how many excuses you have, truth is , there is king bed available and they just don’t want to assign you in. If the information on booking is not correct, you shall contact them and change it. Not until I booked , paid and tell me that there shall be a mistake. But need to mention they compensated me breakfast for the last 3morning, a small highlight during the whole stay. Secondly, on 29th apr, the real nightmare began, ppl on my floor started to smoke illegal most likely marijuana around 10:00pm. Around 1:00am, kids start to run around and slamming the door for 1hour, called hotel front desk 2times, all they offered is to move the room but no action taken, i was too tired to move, so didn’t accept room moving In the first place. However finally I thought I could sleep when the slamming stoped, around 3-4am, 2drunken ladies are back, sitting in front of my room, starting to argue and shouting. I have to get up and call the security, at first, hotel even refused to send security, saying nothing they can do but I insisted , security came and didn’t take any action. I can literally hear very clearly the 2 ladies are puking shouting across the hallway. That’s the point I got scared and wanted to move and took the offer from the hotel around 4-5am. This is also the time finally they assigned me the room with 1 big large bed which I booked online. Finally, I have booked 5night for 702euro, I demand for the 29th night refund and a late check out on 1st May and got only 1hour late check out on 1st May which is a joke. Btw, the front desk lady Maria talking abt that i didn’t talk to her with respect.before I talked to her directly about everything, I was talking to the team more than 5times, 3times in the middle of the night to call security.

We were there overnight only so it was brief but everything was exceptionally wonderful from check-in to check-out. The service at the front desk was so helpful and no issues with our reservation. The room was clean and tasteful, the bed was so comfortable, I slept so peacefully and in th3 morning checked out. I will 100% stay there again.

I wasn't told I needed to keep the "generic" parking key card with me when I left to exit the hotel; I had free parking. When I tried to leave, I had to pay to leave because I turned the card in and wasn't told and didn't know to ask. In their defense: I could have gone back inside to let them know, but there were cars behind me, so I was stuck in that situation I know for next time.

It was under remodeling and elevators were a pain, also that they charge for parking.

Breakfast was cold but staff was super kind to reheat for us. The staff at the restaurant were my favorite part of my stay

There was construction/ remodeling going on at the check in area. Booking.com has this as free parking and free breakfast but it wasn’t so when we checked in.

They were on refurbishment, the whole building. They were not supposed to receive guests! Too much dust and inconveniences. The breakfast was terrible and not healthy! Had a diarrhea!!
