The location is superb. Within view of the Santa Monica Pier and the main shopping strips in the area. The hotel's restaurant was great. The room was spacious enough to allow our luggage to be opened and left open on the floor during our stay

The sensor lights in the bathroom and entry of the room. The light would turn off during showers because the shower screen when block movement.

Das Hotel liegt perfekt zwischen der Metro-Station Santa Monica Downtown und dem Santa Monica Pier, also ideal für Gäste, die kein Auto haben. In der Gegen gibt es viele Geschäfte, Restaurants, Supermarkt (Traders Joe), Radverleih, etc. Auch die Fußgängerzone ist nur 5 min entfernt.

Leider waren noch immer die Umbauarbeiten im Gange (Juli 2023), sodass weder Pool noch Restaurant verfügbar waren.

Loved the location and quirky interiors of the hotel. Great bar and restaurant service at the Surfing Fox too.

Bottled water in the room

fantastic hotel - freshly refurbished, lovely staff, great location and reasonably priced. the rooms are so stylish with great touches - free drink bottle, good coffee maker, lush robes. staff upgraded me, did a complimentary late check out and stored my luggage. highly recommended !

El alojamiento perfecto. A 40 Segundos andando del pier de Santa Monica y a 20 de Venice beach. Muy buen hotel.

Hay mucho mucho homeless en el exterior, en general en todo Los Angeles.

It was really nice and clean. The staff was super nice and it was really quiet. And the location was great and so many things to do.

What I didn’t like about the property was that there was no where to do my make up or like a little vanity

Comfortable and relaxing, loved that it was walking distance to the Santa Monica pier Staff was exceptional

Unfortunately at the time of our visit the pool was closed for construction

Construction was going on & pool not built which was supposed to be finished before our stay. The valet lost our rental car key which was a huge ordeal to resolve. No pool

It was clean and close to everything

There was only 1 lift working which was annoying having to wait all the time. There was construction work happening which we knew about but at 9pm at night we complained as they were still banging and making a lot of noise.

This hotel should not be open while construction is ongoing. Guests pay for a 5* hotel and a 1* hotel is available. The guests have available, a very small reception, and only one room. The elevators have a dusty carpet from the work in progress I received the room an hour later and when I opened the door there were things (personal items and wallets) from other guests in the room assigned to me. this hotel should be closed! the price they charge is ridiculous.

Cleanness

We were quite disappointed with our stay. For the price that we paid, we were expecting to have a quiet place to relax with our kid. Instead, we had different incidents from the room next to us every night (loud music, smoking, cursing…..). We complained about these incidents to the front desk, but nothing happened.
