I loved the location, sea front. Plenty if restaurants, shops and running tracks around. Swimming pool and jacuzzi. Great service from Tony, Bell Captain and Michael at the reception. Super helpful!!! Teresita did a great job cleaning our room the first night.

Small room, for the price we paid it would be nice to have breakfast included. The room didn’t get cleaned second and third night - had to request ourself.

It was not by the beach, not even close it was across a freeway and a hill and another road, long walk to Pier as well, no petallowed anywhere in hotel except room, forced $50 a day parking and dog charge outrageous for not allowing pets by pool. Staff were not helpful and acted like they didn't care, the manager was the only one who seemed to care a little

Location to pier and shopping Comfortable rooms

Understaffed restaurant so things took longer than expected. Narrow hallway from lobby to elevator gets clogged by people going to their rooms. Bellman with luggage carts seemed irritated with us on multiple occasions when we were in their way from them getting on and off elevators with other people’s luggage. Small pool with not enough chairs

Great location close to restaurants, the beach and Santa Monica Pier. Onside bikes for hire (although only 10 available and they don’t tell you that they are included free in the destination fee - you have to work that out for yourself.)

The size of the pool and surround pool area is very small - their promotional photo is disingenuous as it shows 23 sunloungersl however, there are only 19 TOTAL ! And if you think about the capacity of the hotel, this means that if 4 families of 4 come down to the pool in the morning, nobody else can use the pool as it’s restricted to 19 capacity. The friendliness of staff was mixed - Bellman Tony was excellent as was the concierge and some of the waiting staff. Housekeeping were very slow even after highlighting room needed done - took 6 hrs for them to do. The reception staff need more training - not great customer service especially as we had paid approx $5,500 for 4 nights for 2 rooms…..although they did give us 2 small bottles of water free between 4 of us for 4 days……that’s not per day, that’s for the entirety of the stay!

Location close to Santa Monica pier is good however we did not anticipate the big crowds in the area.

The location was perfect. Everything needed was in walking distance.

The view was breathtaking!! The staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean and the rooms were modern. However, the absolute best part of our room was no doubt the view! The location was pretty perfect, as well.

The rooms aren't very spacious and offer very little space for storage. There was a lot of wasted space in our room.

Location was great just steps from the famous pier. Also near good restaurants and shopping. Easy access to highway to head into LA.

Wish parking for my rented car could have been a bit less expensive.
