I appreciated that the staff were very attentive with my issues when dealing with our room keys, not being able to open the door correctly. It was not so much the room key it was the door lock itself was the issue and after two trial and errors the real issue came up being the door lock needed new batteries.

Great Stay. Unexpectedly the the best hotel in my 3-week-long stay at the west coast. Great Staff!

Breakfast was great, hot, lots of choices, well stocked, no lines. Room was modern and clean. Super long desk unit all the way across wall provided lots of space for all luggage.

Room was fine except for big rip on ceiling where drywall was cracked open the entire length of the room. Was uneasy that something might fall through onto the bed. Window heater was very noisy and not easy to keep temp regulated. Turning it on it just stayed on so we had to turn it off.
