Location was good for my needs.

The place is dirty, cable TV was a joke, literally saw a trash bag sitting in the same spot for 3 days. Bed was not comfortable, pillows were awful there was only 2 electrical outlet open and one of those was hidden by the bed.

The staff was super nice

The walls were very thin. The windows were screwed shut so we couldn’t open them and there was roaches when we turned the lights on at night

I like the size of the room and the price of it,I just didn't understand why I would have to pay $10 extra just to have my sheets changed 🙃...

I have stayed at this property in the past, and it’s always been a decent place with good value in price and cleanliness. However, coming back after a couple of years, I’ve notice the quality in stay has dramatically taken a turn for the worse. Staff: Only 1 (front desk). Property & Safety: There is a gated and a non-gated side. Gated area access is dependent on if you are assigned a room to that side of the property; if not, you will not have access. The property is located in a quiet place but unfortunately, it does not feel safe. A lot of drive by cars, people, etc. Not well lit. Cleanliness: Room & Privacy - Floor is not clean. It’s dusty. The room decor is outdated. Lock on door is great BUT walls are thin. You can heaR EVERYTHING. Bathroom - Towels seem clean but have reminiscent of hair. Toilet bowl is not clean (outline of use and residue in bowl). Silver finishes around sink (faucet) and bathtub/shower (shower head) are not cleaned. Lime is noticeable. Bed - Bed covers and pillows have hair (question if they change sheets/pillows/comforter) and dust. I felt itchy using bedsheets (don’t see signs of bed bugs). Amenities - Not available. Overall Experience: NOT GOOD. ** I found a pube in the microwave. ** The walls are thin and my neighbors next door was up all night and did the nasty. I woke up multiple times throughout the night due to them, outdoor disturbances of people still up and a couple fighting outside. **I was not able to sleep restfully due to this but also because I was paranoid about safety concerning getting my car broken into. ** It was not clean. The body soap did not react well to my skin.

Smelled bad, smoke alarm battery began chirping at 1am in the morning. There was no shower curtain to take a shower. Phone rang randomly but there was no one on the line.
