Pool was good

Tub:shower cold control did not work. Pull up control to start shower did not work. Vanity light was very dirty. Bed was very uncomfortable

I loved the breakfast options they had and woman who helped with refills was very helpful and friendly. The location was great, we were like 10 min away from everywhere we wanted to visit.

The elevator was a little far from our room and we got the 3rd floor so we had to used the stairs

The room was spacious and had needed amenities.

The blinds had cigarette burns in them.

I liked the size of the room and the ability for the window to open to let in fresh air. The mini fridge was nice and the AC kept the room cool.

It was a long line to check in- waited about 20 minutes. Even though we got a non smoking room it smelled like cigarettes. We lifted the mattress and found a crushed up cigarette which was the cause of the smell. Though the AC worked well, there was a loud crackle/pop noise every time it came on which caused me to wake up all through the night.

It had a terrible smell, even with the AC on it didn’t go away I couldn’t stay the night I had to check out early, terrible it was dirty, maintenance was really bad.

The property was old and run down. Much worse that LaQuintas we have been to before.

I liked the location

the rooms were smelly, carpet smelled like urine, over all smelled gross.

Adequate for a one night stay. New remodel looking better. Location not great but easy. Breakfast was adequate needs more protein.

The part of town is getting run down with a homeless perblem so Fresno needs to do something about that. The property supplied adequate security around the parking lot and perimeter.

The customer service from the Mgr on down was excellent, the rooms was very clean the staff was very friendly

I called and asked if the pool was open and what they served for breakfast and was given answers only to get there and the person at the front desk to tell me that my online payment didn’t go thru and I had to pay again and then I had to go through a whole ordeal with booking.com. after I paid twice and was all checked in the guy said that we couldn’t use the pool became it’s closed! I chose this hotel because they said it was open. then during breakfast all they had was waffles. when they had already told me the day before they’d have a full continental breakfast so now I had to take my kids to go out to eat and spend more money. There was mold in the corner of the room and in the shower. the towels were more like rags you’d dry your car with. I’d never go here again! they said it’s newly remodeled but I think it was just a paint job and new curtains. never again! NEVER AGAIN NO MATTER HOW CHEAP THE ROOM RATE IS! mind you I paid 115 a night!

Alot of homeless wandering the street in front. Our keys didn't work and they couldn't fix till morning so we couldn't go out to dinner or couldn't get back in room🥺 It was advertised at being newly renovated...it was not. Drape torn. Bathtub grungy old looking. Maintenance came to fix key card as we left at 9:30 am next day.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was freshly cleaned and beds so comfortable. We stayed one night but would stay again.
