Check-in was extremely frustrating, as we had paid for 2 rooms thru Booking.com, showed all of our paid receipts with detailed info, yet were told only one room was available and we d have to pay again for a second room or contact Booking. com ourselves and work it out. After approx 25 min, a manager "found" our second reservation and said our on-the-spot payment would be later refunded. Then we got two rooms but on different floors and they would not gives us rooms close together.

De douchekop hing er half af, er zat een gat achter. Het was niet schoon, de baddoeken en t bed en het beddengoed hadden vlekken. Het was er koud, de temperatuur was niet goed aan te passen. Er wordt niet goed schoongemaakt, kan echt veel beter. En kapotte dingen moeten gerepareerd worden.

The check in employee in the morning was amazing. The shuttle never showed up for my 4am shuttle to Amtrak so this male employee drove me to Depew station so I wouldn’t miss the train!! God Bless him. Very sweet gentleman.

The breakfast was good. The selection was good but not excellent.

Extremely polite staff at breakfast, she kept everything stocked nicely. Check in was quick and easy. The pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable. The room was cozy! I will return.

The location

The lady at front desk was rude when we walked in. Also the internet connection cut off for couple of minutes on Sunday afternoon when we arrived, when we called front desk to address, she told us she doesn't know it happened. We asked if it was frequent that the wifi cut off often as I will be working Monday morning, she said to go look for another place to work if it happens again. Very rude Breakfast wasnt that good too. Ended up going out on 2 out of 3 days to buy breakfast.

The manager on our first night helped us. Very professional.

Hotel needs updating. Looks very tired inside. Our shower looked rusty looking in a area by the floor
