The bed was comfortable
I called several times each time my flight was delayed and was assured that there would be no problem with a late check in. I called and emailed to advise that my plane was very delayed and that I would not be getting to the hotel until between 3:30 am and 4 am and again assured it would not be a problem. I arrived at the hotel and there was no one at the front desk. My husband called several times and let it ring and ring and there was no answer. I rang the buzzer near the entrance door several times and waited for 20 minutes before someone came to the front desk. It was obvious that she had been sleeping. She was not very pleasant.

A leisurely swim in the pool and soak in the hot tub helped me sleep very soundly. Cosy bed with soft sheets. The shower stall in my bathroom was large enough to bathe a pony! (Not that I tested that theory. 😄) Located so close to the airport you could walk if you had to, but the free shuttle bus and its friendly drivers will take you there and back. Friendly, helpful staff all around.

We've stayed here twice now just as a stopover on a longer road trip and were very pleased both times. Friendly staff, clean rooms, very nice pool. Very acceptable breakfast options. We'll stay here again.
Only complaint is that the mechanism that turns on the jets in the hot tub was not working when we were there, so no jets. Hopefully that will be fixed. But other than that, the pool is actually very nice.

My room and stay were great
My family and I sing consume pork. And in the past I picked Fairfield because of that one reason to enjoy breakfast. This trip I found out the policy changed and could only eat the eggs.

Closeness to the airport, the airport shuttle and the older gentleman wearing a cowboy hat that was the shuttle driver. He was sooooo nice! Front desk attendants were very nice (one was a middle aged lady and the other was a younger gentleman).
The 2nd morning, went down at 6 am (your own website states this is when breakfast STARTS) and an older skinny white gentleman was rushing to get breakfast out because he had just rushed in to the breakfast area with his coat on and took it off and tossed it on the breakfast bar so I am fairly positive he was running behind, which is perfectly fine because we're all human, but when another guest and myself went up to grab some breakfast items a few minutes later (after 6 am mind you), he freaked out on us. Yelled UMMMMMMM....... then threw the utensils on the breakfast bar and smashed open the kitchen double swinging doors all the while shaking his head mumbling to himself. The front desk gentleman (younger blank gentleman wearing a face mask) was so embarrassed because he witnessed it firsthand, he apologized for the other employee. I asked if we did something wrong, the younger gentleman said no and waved us on. When I checked out later that day, front desk attendant again apologized and said the older employee was upset with what happened in the kitchen earlier. Well guess what, that's not a guest's issue. Nor should he feel it's his right to act that way to a paying guest. We all have bad days, you do not take it out on a customer. I'd understand more if a customer caused this, but no customer did a thing to him, he was mad at a fellow employee and the fact he was late and running behind which made him mad, but guess what, be mad at yourself not customers. I told the front desk employee it was ok and he didn't need to apologize, the older gentleman should. When I went out later to get in my vehicle to leave, the older gentleman was out front smoking a cig. with not a care in the world as to what he just did. Once he noticed me I figured he'd apologize after taking a breather. That's a negative. He tossed his cig on the ground, walked right by me and went inside. OOF!

Breakfast was excellent. Had a great variety and hot options like oatmeal, scrambled eggs, and sausage. Beds were very comfortable and location was excellent.
The hot tub and pool were dirty.

staff was friendly. breakfast was pretty basic, but good. room was clean. really appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport.
