Odeur de cannabis dans le passage et un peu partout à Buffalo en fait mais dans le passage au 3 iem, la.femme de ménage était beaucoup trop de bonne humeur pour une fille qui doit faire des chambres un samedi soir 😀

Entrance was puzzling, workout facilities had old equipment and the room smelled musty.

Nothing.

It was disgusting, non personable staff, for almost $500 our room was awful! Barely room in the shower with no place to put shower necessities, lucky we got a bathroom sink compared to others in our group that didn’t, 3 hangers for 2 of us, zero comfortable feel. I didn’t mind spending as much as I did had the room looked like it did online. Very poorly run and operated. Our keys wouldn’t work to unlock our door when we got back after a very long day of being in a wedding and no one at the front desk to fix the issue. Had to wait for him to return from a shuttle run! Worst hotel I’ve ever been in.

The bed was actually quite comfortable. The location was good.

Oh where do I begin?! The staff was not friendly at all. I don't think I saw a single one of them actually smile. The elevator smelled like rotten fish or something. There were only 3 pillows for 2 people. The bathroom was tiny and there was urine around the base of the toilet. There was no iron in the room, but there was a huge ironing board on the back of the bathroom door which took up half the bathroom. My husband had to go down and ask for an iron and apparently they had to take it from another room. On the third night when we got back to our room around midnight after a very long day at a wedding, our room key would not work (neither did our friends). When we went down to get them fixed, there was nobody at the desk. They were "on a shuttle run", so we had to wait 20-25 minutes for them to return. Again, miserable! Luckily, I got a good deal on booking.com. If I had to pay as much as our friends had to pay, I would be even more disappointed with this hotel. Will not stay here again.
