The bed was comfy at least.

Upon arrival we were told there we’re renovations happening, so the hot tub was closed but the pool was open. We were really looking forward to getting in. The pictures on the website are very misleading. The rooms look awful. The whole place is so dingy and dirty. Our toilet in our room was constantly flowing. It smelled like mildew in the whole hotel. Two things that we hated the most were that the air conditioning barely worked and you couldn’t close the big curtains and we just had a very bright street lamp shining in our room all night. I don’t think they should be charging nearly $200 a night for how awful it is. I would not stay here again and would not recommend.

When we arrived they did not have the room we originally booked, then there was only one elevator working in a sold out hotel.

They first sent us to a room which was not cleaned, plus had cigarette smoke all around and the fire alarms removed! After we complained about it, it took them quite a while to find us an okay-ish room, plus they didn’t offer any sort of compensation for the problems caused. They also did not have a complimentary breakfast, and even the new room was not all that clean or proper.

The pool was open late The front desk lady is rough around the edges but helped us out with a booking error which we appreciate. The cleaning staff was nice

The room was basic and a good value for the $100 rate. The hallways and overall hotel need a good cleaning and upgrade. The first room they gave us was not clean and they had to give us another room. The hot tub was broken and not working.
