Parking lot was confusing! Need better signage

Breakfast was average

Staff was rude

The hotel was super clean and the staff was really nice

There’s nothing I didn’t like

Staff was friendly, we had a problem, and they did resolve it by giving us another room, but it did mean transferring everything.

Our first room wasn't completely clean. The bathroom was dirty. Dirty towels, hair in the tub, toilet paper in the toilet, and a bar soap on the sink. The parking is not easy to access, the parking lot is terrible with a lot of potholes be have to be careful walking, handicapped parking was further away than a lot of regular parking.

The room was fine

There were little pieces of plastic in the Gravy. My husband had 4 bites where he found. We left after that.

The pool and spar were wonderful.

It was noisy in the morning with guests leaving early and the ice machine was just outside our room. We were offered a choice of floors and had we known maybe the top floor would have been better

Someone unlocked our door and tried to come in at 11 at night while we were sleeping, it was scary.

The property was well located near restaurants and gas stations. The TV wouldn't work but the staff took care of it by replacing the cable box TWICE and reprogramming the clicker to make it work. Kudos for their persistence.

The room arrangement was awkward. Need to replace the desk chair with arms with one without arms. It was very tight to get from the side of the bed near the wall to around the desk chair to the other side of the room. Very stingy with the plastic cups in the room, only two. Took 2-3 from the lobby water station. Only one regular coffee in the room and two decaf. When asked for additional regular, was told that they were out of regular. The entrance to the motel is not well marked. Have to go through the Safeway parking lot to get to it. The "entrance" sign at the Safeway lot does not have any indication that it is for the Holiday Inn. If you turn at the Holiday Inn sign you are in the Well Fargo bank drive through ATM's/tellers. Have to turn around, go back to street and turn into the Safeway lot.
