The lights in the room didn’t work, no electricity. All the towels in the room were dirty and thrown on the floor under the sink. The floor was full of dirt and white powder and looked like it hadn’t ever been vacuumed. We requested our money back and went and stayed somewhere else. Worst hotel experience I have ever had! I wouldn’t stay here if it was free!

Location was close to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. Beds were comfortable and room seemed clean enough. Check in was easy.

Overall the “hotel” was more of a motel and very old and run down. I can tell they are trying to do improvements but it left much to be desired for how old it is.

Advertised swimming pool and full breakfast...pools were drained, and breakfast was a box of raisin bran and a soggy croisant egg sandwich. Rooms were filthy with torn furniture. Large stains on carpet (vomit?), and they tried to cover odors with awful carpet spray. Carpets were not fully vacuumed as there were inches of dirt around bed basebairds. No electrical outlet covers on some outlets. Evening manager was rude .

The bathroom is very spacious and clean.

The common areas and stairs are not clean

The front desk staff were very nice. We booked a King Suite which must’ve been very luxurious when the hotel was built but sadly time has taken a toll. The Jacuzzi Tub was very stained, no way I’d even step in there…shower not inviting either. Receptacle Cover missing from one of the outlets, looked very dangerous and cover missing from the smoke alarm. The bed was pretty comfortable so we did get a good nites sleep. They provided Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sandwich’s and OJ boxes in paper bags to go in the lobby. They take your order when checking in, which was nice.
