Rundown, bad paint, poorly stocked rooms-towels, blankets. Rooms not cleaned well. I went out and bought cleaning supplies to clean and disinfect my room. Dingy.

FILTHY!! luckily, once you walked into the room it looked clean and comfortable. When we got on the elevator to go to our room, we were appalled at the filth and when the doors opened it just got worse. The carpet, walls and baseboards were disgusting. The next morning when we went down for breakfast, the scene was even worse and we couldn’t eat in that filth. I tried, at the very least, to clean off a couple of tables with a damp paper towel, but then I discovered there were no more eggs left on the serving counter. The attendant was no where to be found. I went to the front desk and was told there were no more eggs (it was only 7:30). The sausage looked dry and wrinkled up. There were biscuits and gravy, but I was told by another customer that the biscuits were frozen in the middle. I headed to the coffee maker and when I got my coffee and went to the trash can to throw my trash away. The can was so filthy on the outside that I had to get several paper towels to wrap around my hand in order to push the door open. Everyone in the area was complaining about the filth. I have posted a picture of the trash can, and one of the doorway into the kitchen. I probably should have taken more photos, but when I saw that the filth didn’t show up very well on the two that I took I decided not to take any more. I said in the beginning of this post that I felt lucky that the room was clean and comfortable, but I didn’t sleep well because I couldn’t help but think that if everything outside the room was so filthy, what were the odds that the room was as clean as it looked.

Had to park in back and walk to the front to enter. Limited parking! Large crack in the shower wall but was clean. Breakfast was nothing to be excited over.

The room was ok. the bed was comfortable

the bathroom was old and ugly! the toilet seat was so old and worn I really didn’t want to use it. but of course I had to. the shower was so old and worn out I was not going to take a shower in there. the bathroom is in desperate need of an update!!

The bed was comfy that is all.

Well we got the room because it had the spa tub in the room and the tub didn't even work. It leaked out the bottom and we didn't even get to use it and that was the WHOLE point of getting the room. I deserve a refund of some sort . Smelt like smoke when we walked in and it was a non smoking room and the carpets where matter together and not cleaned real well.

The entire stay. Bad smell on our floor and they said nothing they can do about the smell. Some staff members were rude.

It was very clean and such a good area.

For what it was nothing was bad!

The breakfast was good and the location was perfect for us.

The rooms smelled like smoke and someone had disconnected the smoke detector in one of the rooms. Very old and not maintained.

Staff was friendly and tried hard to make us feel at home during our stay. Cleaning crew did the best they could to clean our rooms.

The rooms and building had mold in the rooms and hallways. It's a old building and has taken a beating. Many rooms unusable due to mold and water damage along with neglect.
