It was merely shelter

The Wifi was non existent and I needed the Wifi for work. The room smelled bad. There was a roach in the shower. The washing machine did not work.

room was supposed to be a handicap assessable room. The beds were too close together, so I was unable to put my walker and wheelchair closer to the bed. Water pressure was very bad, the toilet was not an accessible toilet. The safety rail was too far back to get a grip on to pull myself up and the toilet was regular size it needs to be accessible toilet and the room smelled pretty bad . i would like a refund!!! The hallway leaving into the room also smelled bad I would never stay there again nor would I recommend it to anyonebut if it wasn’t the Fourth of July weekend, I would’ve went to a different hotel!!!

It has a nice pool

Uncomfortable mattress, I got bit by bed bugs, the keys stopped working both nights I was there, old towels, no toiletries, no coffee in the room, and I was charged twice on my credit card for it. They ignored my booking payment and told me it was only a deposit.

Someone was in my room doing drugs..I asked for a refund hopefully I get it.

The hotel was not as clean as the pictures showed. Our room smelled awful. The AC in our room had a ton of dust all over like it has never been cleaned. The light above our bed didn't work. Also the only ice machine that worked was still half broken. The wires were all hanging out.

The price was high
