restraint and bar staff showed poor supervision. A sled for wake up call at same time for five days. missed two and late for two.

Full hot breakfast is the best - makes a good start of the day. Huge, comfortable bed.

The complimentary breakfast was pretty good and better than most other hotels/motels.

Several lights were out in the room. One of them was broken. But worst of all was the room smelled like and ashtray the second we walked in. All rooms are designated as non-smoking but they obviously don't enforce that requirement. When we asked to be moved to a different room, they weren't very accommodating and wanted us to pay more rather than try to resolve the issue. Had to leave a window open (no screen) and keep the air on, which was very loud and made it difficult to sleep. There was also intermittent problems with the card keys entering the building.

Our room was very outdated, dirty, bathroom was falling apart and had not been cleaned! Dirt and hair in corners of bathroom. Hallway and room reeked of smoke, although it is a smoke free hotel. Paid WAY too much for our stay!

Booking was absolutely ridiculous. Booked our room on line for a wedding at your location. I than found out there was a special rate for guests of the event. I called an was directed to cancel my original reservation then call back an re book. I did that. I was then told that the hotel had to approve it. Hotel said they couldn’t do it. It had to have bookings agency cancel. I was frustrated so paid full I feel robbed

The customer service was absolutely awesome!! Thank you front desk! They were very kind and checked us in quickly.

There was not enough outlets to plug in our phones and other electronic devices. there was no dresser by my bed to put my stuff on as well. other than that everything was good.

Public areas are very nice but rooms are dated. Cleanliness was not good in the first room we were given so they moved us. Staff were very helpful. But I don't think we'd stay here again.
