Staff was super friendly. Breakfast buffet was great! Property was immaculate and great location. Couldn’t be happier with a hotel experience!

The property is in a beautiful setting. I love the back area looking at a small lake and the gazebo. It’s fun sitting out there at night with the family. The gazebo has lights on the roof and it’s so pretty.
I can’t say I didn’t like it, but the indoor pool area has such a strong chlorine odor it almost hurts your eyes. Maybe if some windows could be opened in that area it would help.

This facility, the extra friendly staff, neighborhood/surroundings, awesome breakfast buffet/food...just EVERYTHING IS THE BEST! We have stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton at The Waterfront a multitude of times and are treated like kings and queens each time. The hotel decor is modern/updated, super clean and just has a good feel to it. Feels like an elegant home.

We were blown away by this property! Gorgeous interior, gorgeous rooms, exceptionally friendly staff, great breakfast. We had family from Kansas City and West Palm Beach, FL join us and all were super impressed with the facility.
I can't think of one single thing we didn't like.

The staff was very welcoming and the room was large and very comfortable. The view from my window was very nice.
I chose to stay on the 4th floor so that it would be quieter and I wouldn't hear people above me, but it was still noisy. Doors were slaming and I could hear lots of sound from the room next door.

Hello this email for homewood suites hilton hotel , this complaint to employee Gena , she did whole wrong deposit from my card about 2600$ from me yesterday until today totaly 8 payments! We payed everything when we reached the hotel I don’t know why this double payment and we stayed morning wasted out time we had a flight and it’s gone because of Gena she wasted our time and took wrong double payment from my card.
I hope you take necessary procedure and action.

The location of the hotel is amazing. you are at the waterfront with nice villas, views, lakes... you can a walk or a run all around and breath the fresh air after work. the lake view from the room is also a big plus in the mornings while having coffee. the breakfast is good but personally i am used for more varieties. there are a few places to dine in around the corner and a whole foods just by a walking distance. the room is very spacious and you feel very comfortable. the staff are very friendly and helpful. The gym is very small only 3 machines and not enough equipment but you can enjoy the indoor pool if you like. it was a good experience all in all and will definitely book again when i return back to Wichita.
More Varieties at breakfast and a bigger gym facility with make this place perfect.

Exceeded my expectations. It was room and comfortable. The interior is fresh and updated. I had high expectations for a Homewood Suites and this felt like a much more expensive stay. Fantastic staff, fresh comfortable rooms, great location. It was wonderful.

I had my 70th Birthday Party. It was a Black and White Ball. I decided to say there before and after The Ball. The Staff was AMAZINGLY AWESOME. Helpful and Nice and above all Very Respectfully and Professional.
The Bed were so comfortable. I have a bad back and Hotel Beds usually aggregate my back. But this Bed was as comfortable as my Bed at home.

it was so clean! We loved the setup of our room, the staff was so friendly, and the big fireplace room by the lobby was so inviting. The location of the property was ideal.
