This was fifth time my family has stayed at Homewood Suites Deerwood Park. The staff is always friendly. The parking lot is well lit. The breakfast is always satisfying. The bed was overall comfortable and clean. The room was overall clean. It is in a good proximity to downtown and walking distance to grocery and food options.

The room was a bit below par this visit. The carpet was worn and stained. The toilet was hard to flush. The tub faucet dripped... actually more of a steady constant stream. It was loud even with the door closed. We ended up wrapping a washcloth around the faucet to muffle it. We didn't need shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc, but they were not stocked fully before we entered. I believe there was only a lotion, a shampoo, and a soap. The only complaint with the bed was I thought there are usually firm and soft pillows, but we only had very soft pillows.

The floors in the lobby and hallways had random pieces of trash scattered. Our room felt icky. The bed was NOT comfortable at all.

Rooms has urine smell that staff failed to clean after telling them. I cleaned it myself.
