The hotel was close to the event we attended. The restaurant on site was good and convenient.

We were told repeatedly that we were confirmed for a roll in shower for the ADA 2 queen bed room for my in-laws. We did not get that.They had rails in the bathroom but it had a tub that they were not able to get into. Hotel was not able to accommodate or seemed concerned about it. Stated we booked thru 3rd party, nothing they could do.

Cleanliness, ease of access to everything.

Friendly and helpful staff. Tasty full size breakfast buffet for $1 per person. Restaurant menu caters to all kinds of appetites. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Bar prices seemed a bit pricey.

Housekeeping was really nice.

The Staff (excluding housekeeping, they were great) absolutely horrible. The reception and restaurant/bar staff are so extremely rude. From the woman who checked me in, to the restaurant/bar, to the woman who called me after I left. They have no type of professionalism or decorum to work in hospitality whatsoever.

Good food in restaurant. Very comfortable room. Lobby was very nice and the breakfast buffet was nice!
