Smooth check in. Very friendly staff when checking in and smooth process. Rooms were large and very clean. Conveniently located for shopping, food and trails.

We have stayed here twice now and really enjoyed both stays! A big shout out to the front desk clerk who checked us in, she was amazing!

Loved the help Taylor gave us at breakfast. She was extremely friendly, welcoming and. Attentive. Kim at reception was also friendly, engaging, informative. All staff went above and beyond to make us feel at Home.

The property did not have a reservation that we made three weeks ago. My husband was forced to stay at the Hampton Inn behind them for even more money. I called their help number to find out why they didn’t have the reservation. The lady said she sending out another copy of the reservation and that she would send me an email follow up to get him another place to stay not only did she not call me back she did not send me an email. Shame on youbooking.com you guys suck.

they failed to honor my reservation and then reported me as a no show. said there was a mechanical problem with the room while checking multi night guests right in front of me. They sent to the hotel next door who said this happens daily

they lied to me about room availability. i work for a billion dollar company. the travel department will be made aware as we have 17,000 travelers

Everything was great

The air/heat was more like a window unit with a loud fan. I was expecting central air like the majority of hotel. Especially a Hilton that you would expect from them. There was a younger guy amd girl running up and down the hallway like they were playing chase. They were both laughing like children but old enough to know better. Very annoying and just when i was about to mention it to the staff they stopped. The day staff checking in was good but the early 4 am female seemed like dhe wasn't happy but who would be at 4am but still. Pretend to like your early hrs job.
