The location just off HWY 50 and the easy parking

Property was easily accessible from Hwy 50 and very presentable.

Just a minor signage issue: As I exited, a sign said to turn right to the highway, but that road was completely blocked.

Great place to stay on our way to Tahoe!

Comfortable king bed, pool/hot tub, extensive breakfast included, fill up own coffee.

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable

A comfortable place after a long day.

The hotel is clean, staff is kind, and breakfast is always great here.

Pool area a little stuffy. Bathroom toilet a little low and bathroom a little stuffy.

The following complaints are not against the hotel. I am sure they are company policies. ============ Upon check-in -- told to call a day ahead if we wanted our room cleaned. So, daily room service not provided without request (including towels, sheets, etc) Then my nightly fee should be reduced. === Reduce service - reduce nightly fee === Miss the nightly cookies and breakfast to go bag.

HVAC in room DOD not work, notified the staff after 1st day. Nothing was done to fix the problem.

Easy on and off the freeway

The place was so noisy.

Facilities were clean and the staff was nice! Our only qualm was that the bathroom seemed a little outdated, but it was still clean and comfortable.

Convenience of location. Cleanliness.

Front desk staff could be a little friendlier. Very short and all business when I tried to be polite and make small talk while being checked in. Made me feel as though I was being a bit of a nuisance

Breakfast was great. Pillows were great.

Air conditioner didn't work good.
