The staff was very friendly and able to answer questions about local restaurants. The breakfast buffet had good choices. The overall cleanliness of the hotel/pool was good. Location was convenient for the purpose of our trip.

1. While the breakfast buffet had good food/choices, we had paid the extra to have it included each day. However, we were told on Sunday they were not having it. 2. The beds were not made each day, or the floor vacuumed. Sunday our room did not get fresh towels or trash removed. When inquiring we were told because so many were checking out, they didn't have time to come to rooms that day. Gave us towels and trash bags at the desk and told us we could set the trash outside the door after tying it up. 3. Turned our keys off the day before our checkout so we had to get new keys. 4. While location was convenient for where we were going, it is located on a road you can't turn across, so you have to go down and go through a shopping center lot to get to a light to go across.

Guest services and staff was polite and courteous, Cleanliness, close to the Hwy & stores and ample amount of parking, breakfast was good and fresh.

There was nothing not to like on my visit.

Conveniently located by interstate, food, easy access.

Outside door on west side by my room keypad didn’t work. Had to walk a good ways from Van.

Love the location... it's really a perfect hotel. Lovely entrance, nice rooms, super comfortable bed/pillows. Even a great breakfast (and the staff were so welcoming in the dining experience as well!) Very glad to be an IHG member. I have stayed here a couple of times. Highly recommend!

I loved the cleanliness, and it was very comfortable. :)

I didn’t like how hard it was to get in if you didn’t know where it is. I didn’t like their key system continually going out. Having to keep going downstairs so the keycard could be decided to the room. (Just so we could get in the room.) Didn’t like to have to pay extra for breakfast. Already paid extra to stay there. Thought the selection I chose with Booking.com included it.
