The room was cleaned.

The hotel had NO!! towels available for the customer to take a shower and dry off !!! TERRIBLE!!! After traveling 5 hour you couldn't take a shower. They stated that the dryer was out and act as though it was not a problem to the hotel and staff.

Walkable to airport terminal

There was no TV remote control, no hair dryer, stained bedsheets, no "Do Not Disturb" sign. The staff and housekeeping knocked on my door 3 different times starting at 9 until 1030 in the morning asking when I will be leaving. An absolute disgrace for the Hyatt name.

Enjoyed this hotel. The inclusive breakfast was definitely worth doing. In a good location and the staff were friendly and helpful.

location was good. employees were very nice and tried to make our stay good.

first room they sent us to was not cleaned from prior visitors, second room had other people IN the beds!!! the Indoor heated pool was not heated. we had to get our room card keys fixed 2 times daily. on the last night the Bar/food computer system was down, so no one could order food or get drinks from the bar

We stayed here because it was the only one with an indoor pool yet the pool was freezing and we could not use it. The planes nearby are loud and will wake you up. Staff called me a few days before our arrival and asked if I wanted the sofa bed made up. I said yes please and upon arrival, after checking in and on the way to our room with all of our luggage, a lady stops me in the hall way and tries to hand me the bedding. I didn’t have a free hand at all and thought this was very lazy and rude. The free breakfast was nothing to rave about either.

The room size was perfect The location was wonderful I got to watch the plans take off and land without the noise Ms. Brenda in the dining room was Wonderful very friendly she made our stay tolerable

I was my own room service I stayed five nights. Each day I had to take out my own trash. I had to go down and get towels and wash cloths even before linens and changed my own bed I had to ask for trash bags

The staff was friendly and very helpful and welcoming.

The sliding bathroom door was noisy and did not stay closed if you closed it from the outside. The bathroom door was faded and looked dirty. The bathroom was not very clean. There were water spots on the picture opposite the toilet and spots on the side of the vanity next to the toilet. One washcloth looked used and worn. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. There was a huge amount of dust on the vents and on the side of the red box over the vent. For what we paid I would have expected a 5 star rating.
