Friendly staff. Convenient location.

The room was in shambles. Some cabinet doors in the kitchen were broken. The bathroom smelled like an ashtray, had obvious water damage, faucets in the shower leaking. Two pillows had no pillow cases. The office chair fabric was stained and torn.

Never once in the three nights there did they bring fresh towels. The breakfast was so so. The keys to the room wouldn't work had to go to the front desk three times to fix the keys.

It was clean And you could tell they're spending money to keep it up Housekeeping seems to be keeping the rooms nice and neat The managers speak and pays attention to the guest I do like the security steps and layout

No front cover to pull car up to the door to check in( it rain on us bad soon as we got in town) Beds needs more attention I've never liked metal bed frames and there's a reason why. Small eating area Small lobby

Great location. Very staff.

Didn't have room cleaned and clean towels added while we were out of room. Didn't understand the protocol on that one.

I felt safe and all my needs were accommodated. I appreciate your pet policy and the baggies for picking up after doggies. The breakfast is a big reason I like it there. The suites are an excellent idea. Staff is professional and accomodating.
